The Magic Mill III Plus home flour mill is an easy-to-use kitchen appliance designed to mill dried grains, beans and rice into flour in the convenience of your own home. A home flour mill has become an absolute must because commercial millers remove 30% of the wheat kernel (including the most nutritious part of the grain) in order to produce white flour. They remove the bran and the wheat germ and attempt to re-enrich the flour by adding back a few nutrients.
